I recently traded in my favorite sports car for a larger mom vehicle, and Kyle Aping was a wonderful representative! I had been researching and waiting for the right time to buy and finally found the vehicle I wanted! Kyle was prompt and reached out right away. He answered all my questions and was patient and not pushy. A very kind and professional young man. I appreciate his professionalism and swiftly getting me through the process. I’m excited to Zoom Zoom in my new car and hope whoever purchases my old car loves it as much as I did, and buys it from Kyle. When I called him, he did not disappoint. This man was awesome. Got me everything I was looking for with no pressuring. Even when discussing add-ons no pressure and didn’t try to push them on me.

I can’t be more pleased with him. If you're looking for a sales rep that is down to earth and will work with you and not pressure you, this is the guy.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Indy Auto Man. I live out of state and did the whole purchase virtually. Kevin was amazing - super responsive, answered all of my questions (and I am very particular), he sent me videos, photos and made sure I had everything I needed. My "new" 2019 Land Rover Discovery was delivered today - no hassle no issues. Very happy with the entire experience.

Indy Auto Man has continued to impress me. I have had the pleasure of working with Brandy, and she has helped me learn more about our vehicle, along with direct/help me with info on getting it registered. Her communication has been top-notch, and I appreciate all the help she has provided, superior service.

This past weekend, we bought a new (to us) vehicle from Indy Auto Man. On the luck of a phone call we got connected with Dakota who was our salesman. Dakota was awesome to work with. There was no pressure, he was super responsive, and went above and beyond to help us get the perfect vehicle. Buying a car here was a breeze, and especially with two small kiddos in tow. I highly recommend Indy Auto Man and even more so recommend Dakota for your sales needs!

Nice selection of vehicles, but (for me) not good online sales. I reached out multiple times via their contact information online and never received any type of response. I even used the online chat and requested a salesperson contact me...which I was told someone would, but no one ever did. I can't speak to any of the sales-process, because I couldn't get that far. I would have liked to have worked with them on my most-recent purchase.

After this review, they did follow-up to try and find out WHY I didn't receive a contact back from them. The person I spoke with (Brandy) seemed sincere in trying to figure it out and ensure I would have a positive experience in the future. I'm changed my review from 2-star to 4-star because of this effort.

And I will try to do business with them in the future to see if they can offer a full 5-star service (I bet they can).

Worked with Elijah today and to say he helped me out is an understatement. Super easy to talk to and work with. Seemed very genuine with getting the car that was right for me, answering any question I had and if he didn't know asked the right people who did. First time working with indy auto man and would recommend their service to anyone looking for a vehicle.
